We need exhibitors & stallholders like you…
The Plaza is the bustling heart of the Festival Zone; home to the Commission café, CREATED. arts space, book shop and various activities, as well as providing an alternative space to watch the Big Top meetings.
An important part of this space is also our exhibition & makers market, which offers a chance for delegates to connect with inspiring organisations & ministries who are involved in Kingdom work worldwide, alongside some wonderful artisan traders from within the Commission family and beyond.

What’s available?

All pitches will include 1x 6ft trestle table & chairs. You are welcome to bring any other equipment/furniture you require, providing it fits within the pitch provided.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Max 2 pitches per organisation.
2m x 2m pitch: £250
3m x 2m pitch: £350
13A power supply: £50
Each organisation will receive 4 complementary event passes for exhibitors who will be occupying the stand.
Any exhibitors who wish to camp may do so for £25 per person.

Sole trader (inc. 13A power supply, if required): £150
Sole trader stallholders will need to purchase a ticket for the event, as it is anticipated that they would already be planning to attend as delegates.
Registered/Limited company (exc. power supply): £300
13A power supply (for registered/limited companies): £50
Registered/limited companies will receive 1 complementary event pass with their pitch (if they wish to camp, this will cost £25). Any additional workers will need to purchase a ticket for the event.
Set-up
Arrive from 8am on Thursday 22nd August, to be ready for the Plaza to open at 2pm.
