Anyone who signs up to serve will receive 40% off the standard ticket price. Exact shift patterns will vary from team-to-team, but generally 3 or 4 shifts across the event, with some exceptions.

Want to spread the cost? That’s not a problem! If you book in up until 29th February 2024, you will have the option to spread the payments with the final instalment due on or before the 1st June 2024.

Any bookings made after 29th February 2024 will not have the option to pay in instalments.

Day tickets will be available for purchase from 1st May 2024.

Book camper tickets by 30th June 2024 to ensure that you camp with your church. Bookings after this date will still be accepted but you may not be allocated a camping pitch with your church.

No camping tickets will be on sale after Friday 9th August 2024.

Camping

  • If you’re new to camping but want to stay on site, don’t worry, there will be lots of friendly people from your church family around to help you. The Commission Festival site is divided into camping areas for each church to camp together. Camping together as churches is one of the highlights of our annual gathering as relationships get built over games and late evening hot chocolate.

  • We aim to make your camping experience as good and pleasant as possible so rest assured that there will be plenty of toilets and showers around the site.

  • Please note: Whilst there are electric points around the site, these are for church marquee use only and should not be used by delegates.

  • Additional note: The cost of camping increases the closer to the event you book. Any bookings after the 30th June 2024 for on-site camping will also not be guaranteed a spot with their church site and may have to camp elsewhere. View festival pricing for more information.

  • Please note: Day visitors are not allowed to camp on-site if attending the event for multiple days.

  • If an additional person is attending the event they will need a new booking to be made in their name. This can be done on the booking page. Unfortunately, we are unable to “add” individuals to an existing booking.

Substitutions

  • If, for some reason, you are unable to attend, you can give your ticket to someone else. If you do, please tell the person who booked you in so that they can amend the booking or alternatively let us know the changes by emailing: festival@commission.global. Please note, you won’t be able to change the type of ticket (camper/non-camper/student etc) or the church that the person is staying with, they will need to stay the same.

Non-campers

  • If camping isn’t for you, then you don’t need to feel left out. Off-site and day tickets are available and there are plenty of B&Bs and hotels in the area. There is a helpful list of accommodation options on The Royal Bath and West Showground website, click here to view them. Alternatively, many people find airbnb a good option.

Day visitors

  • Day visitor tickets will be available for sale before the event or at the gates. We recommend arriving in plenty of time to allow for parking and traffic. Day ticket prices are fixed and do not vary by time of booking.

  • Please note: Coming for the day will not allow you to camp overnight. View our booking and pricing for more information

  • Day Ticket holders will be allowed on-site from 09:00 until 22:30. The gates will be locked at 23:00.
