This team is the friendly face of Commission Festival; welcoming delegates on to site, checking in those who have pre-booked and manning the bookings office for those who haven’t. 

What will I be doing? 

The Welcome and Registration team are the first friendly face delegates see as they arrive on site. Working alongside others in the team, you’ll be giving delegates a warm welcome, checking them in, issuing wristbands and giving them their delegate pack as well as any information they need to point them in the right direction. When delegates arrive who haven’t booked in, you’ll be handling their booking through the system provided. 

Is this the right team for me? 

If you’re someone who likes a fast pace and varied role, this is a great team for you. It’s important that you can work well under pressure as arrivals day in particular is busy and bustling! It’s also a great team of people to work alongside if you like to connect and chat to people as you’ll be a key part of delegates arrival to site and a point of contact for bookings queries throughout the event. Computer literacy is helpful to have but training on the Commission Festival booking system will be provided on site. 

How much will I be serving? 

4 shifts across the event.
