The Traffic management team are there to set up the car parks and to manage traffic to and from the site during arrival and departure. 

What will I be doing? 

Your role as part of the Traffic Management team is a highly practical one and instrumental in both getting the site ready for delegates and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure for them. You’ll be involved with laying out the carpark on the Wednesday before the event and then directing traffic safely around the site on arrival and departure, as well as monitoring and directing car parking areas. 

Is this the right team for me? 

If you enjoy working outside, this will be a great team for you to be a part of as it will all be based outside. This team would also be ideal if you would prefer a more practical serving area at the event. Other than that, there are no specific requirements for this role, all you’ll need is an enthusiasm for helping and a friendly and cheerful attitude. 

How much will I be serving? 

4 shifts across the event (may also include Wednesday pre-event).
