Site Support

The site support team are responsible for the practical aspects of setting up the site before the event, making changes to venues throughout the event and pack down afterwards. 

What will I be doing? 

Pre-event 
Setting up the site and venues (distributing chairs, tables, bins, securing children’s work areas, marking out main arena, fencing, erecting banners, flags and signs).  

Event 
Changing venue setup (chairs, tables and signs). Running the firepit. Disposing of rubbish around site. 

Post-event 
Packing up venues, gathering tables, chairs and bins. Disassembling flags, banners and signs. Storing equipment in the container. 

Is this the right team for me? 

If you can follow instructions whilst working well as part of a team and as an individual and are motivated and enthusiastic then this team is for you. You will need a certain level of physical fitness as you will be required to move chairs and tables etc. Having a sense of humour is always helpful! 

How much will I be serving? 

Pre-event: Arrive on Monday for site setup. 

During event: 4 shifts across the event. 

Post-event: Pack up the site all day Monday after the event.
