Vehicles and parking
Arrival is from 12:00 on Thursday 22nd
All cars must be off site by 22:00 on Thursday evening
Whilst you can leave whenever you wish, you will only be able to bring your car on site at the following times: Thursday 22nd 12:00–22:00, Monday 26th 07:00–12:00
All delegates must have departed by 12:00 on Monday
In exceptional circumstances cars may be brought on site during the event, but only by prior arrangement with the Events Team
Not Permitted
Bikes: You are welcome to bring a push-scooter or skateboard. However, ridden bicycles of any kind, e-scooters and powered skateboards are not permitted on site for health and safety reasons.
Pets: Only guide/assistance dogs are permitted on site, no other pets
Fires and BBQs: For safety reasons, only gas BBQs may be used at the festival. No open fires of any kind are permitted
Electric hook-up: Please note that electric hook-up for personal use is not permitted. These are for church marquee use only and should be arranged prior to the event. Please do not connect your caravan or motorhome to the electric points on the site. Any unauthorised connections will be disconnected
Other Information
Site Access: Please be aware that for security reasons, the gates to the site are locked at 23:00 and reopened at 07:00.
Quiet on site: The site curfew time is strictly 23:00. Please respect those families who have young children by observing this time
Safety on site: On arrival, all delegates will be issued with a wristband which must be worn at all times whilst on site. Access to any venue or the site will not be permitted by any person without a wristband. This is to ensure the safety of the site and to protect minors who attend the event
Photography and filming: You and your children may be photographed or filmed for use in advertising future events. Please tell the photographer or the Events Team in advance if you or your children do not wish to take part in this.
