This team is responsible for delivering the technical aspects and ensuring the smooth running of the adult meetings, including camera operation/vision mixing, directing speakers to the stage when needed, ensuring the content of the meetings is available and looking after stage visual aids.
What will I be doing?
The team contains two sub-sets: Technical and Stage Management.
Those responsible for technical aspects will help deliver the adult meetings through the video content seen on the screen and broadcasting the meeting to the world via live-stream. As a team member you’ll be operating the cameras, vision-mixing, dropping in pre-recorded or static content and ensuring the song words are displayed at the correct time.
Those responsible for stage management will ensure guests and speakers are ready at the appropriate time, in the correct location and with any props required for illustrating points in their talks.
This team is the vital link between the meeting host and all the other teams involved in enabling the meeting such as sound and lighting.
Is this the right team for me?
For technical aspects, experience in either vision mixing, video camera operation, web video streaming, graphic content generation or Pro Presenter / Pro Video Player. You will be part of a team which needs to work and communicate well in a live production environment.
Previous experience in stage management, continuity or similar would be preferred for those serving in this area. The ability to keep calm under pressure and to work swiftly and precisely is vital. As you will be working alongside our speakers, guests and other teams, good interpersonal skills are required.
