The 3-4s team run the morning sessions for our small children at Commission Festival with a range of fun and engaging activities to help children grow in the things of God. 

What will I be doing? 

This group is a pre-school set up, and as such, volunteers will support young children with a range of activities including arts & crafts, story corner and outdoor play. There will also be whole-group teaching and worship times to enjoy. The 3-4s group at Commission Festival is a fun and fast-paced group, with a real sense of unity and teamwork, and of course a chance to see God move among our amazing young children. 

Is this the right team for me? 

This team will be a great one for you if you are passionate about kids work and are confident, versatile and adaptable and have a patient, caring/nurturing character and a joy of joining children where they are at. A willingness to be involved in all the various activities is also important – there’ll be lots to be involved with! Servers on this team would be expected to have a personal faith that they are able and willing to share and model with the children. You will also be required to complete a DBS, self-disclosure and please be aware that we will be taking references from your church leader.

How much will I be serving? 

4 shifts (Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning meetings and Monday pack-down).
