Info Point

The Info Point team are there to help delegates with any questions or queries they have across the event. 

What will I be doing? 

The Info Point team is the central point for delegates and servers to come to with any questions they may have. Some queries will involve administrative and general office tasks, some may be more related to the event programme and team queries. The Info Point team also assists with Festival sign ups. It’s fun, fast paced and a very interactive team – be prepared to be asked anything! 

Is this the right team for me? 

This team is ideal for you if you have a friendly and chatty disposition and are happy to answer any questions and point people in the right direction. Computer, administrative and literacy skills are recommended to serve in this team. Some training for this team will be provided but it does help if you have good communication and personal skills. If you love being part of a bustling team and enjoy connecting and chatting to people, this will be a great fit for you. 

How much will I be serving? 

Roughly 4 shifts across the event with most of these shifts not happening during the main meeting times.
