Mental Health Resources and Signposting during Coronavirus

When people are experiencing all kinds of mental stress and emotional upset in these difficult times they sometimes don't know where to turn.  Not everything available is good quality and could even make things worse.  It's helpful to have a one-page list to share. Improving understanding can make for better conversations and support that really makes a difference.  Face to face cannot truly be replaced but there is help and there is hope within these trustworthy resources.
