Role Overview:

Welcome Church, is looking for someone to head up their pastoral Care team, ensuring that those needing support in our church are loved and cared for, at varying levels of need. This will require pastoral wisdom and expertise, as well as significant leadership skills to be able to lead through others as a leader of leaders, and to oversee and develop others in their calling and gifting.
